Common name: Western flower thrips (Frankliniella occidentalis), tobacco thrips or onion thrips (Thrips tabaci), tomato thrips or cotton thrips (Frankliniella schultzei), green-bean thrips (Hydatothrips adolfifriderici), bean-flower thrips or African bean thrips (Megalurothrips sjostedti), loquat thrips (Thrips coloratus), plague thrips (Thrips imaginis), raspberry thrips (Thrips major),  New Zealand flower thrips (Thrips obscuratus) and melon thrips (Thrips palmi).

Recommended trap: Blue chromotropic. It is also possible to use the Blue chromotropic roll or the Rebell^® Blu. Alternatively, it is also possible to use the Yellow chromotropic. Note: The trap is purchased separately.

Omnilure (dispenser of a multi-specific semiochemical) containing 2.9 g of attractant formulated in non-woven fabric (TNT) inside a dispenser that allows a significant increase in the number of individuals captured in a chromotropic trap over 6 to 8 weeks, even before the detection of their presence in the crop. The semiochemical triggers the movement and flight of individuals, and is efficient for multiple thrips species, namely: Frankliniella occidentalis, Thrips tabaci, Frankliniella schultzei, Hydatothrips adolfifriderici, Megalurothrips sjostedti, Thrips coloratus, Thrips imaginis, Thrips major, Thrips obscuratus and Thrips palmi. 

Attention: Gloves must be used to handle the dispenser after opening the sealed package. The dispenser needs to be activated, in order to release the semiochemical. To activate the dispenser, the hook must be pulled until a slight click is felt, in order to open the dispenser. After opening, the dispenser must be positioned at the top of the chromotropic trap or next to it. The chromotropic trap and the dispenser must be hung about 30 cm above the crop. It is recommended to use one dispenser per 100 m2 of crop area.

The product is available in an individual sealed package of 10 g (2.9 g of semiochemical).
