CPLP: Land of our Mission

We chose the CPLP as the territory and the community for the development of our mission. The CPLP occupies 10,743,526 km² of the globe's surface and currently covers a total population of approximately 295 million people. It results from this enviable and overwhelming dimension, built by our ancestors, that the Portuguese Language is the main one of the Southern Hemisphere.  

This commitment of ours obviously represents an immense challenge to our organisational capacity, but one for which we are prepared and motivated to deliver our utmost. 

We aspire to be able to contribute to the continuous development of a genuinely sustainable agriculture, always based on the vision of its structuring social function, namely in favour of local development that is balanced, fair and environmentally integrated.

It is clearly a path that is made by walking, with realism and awareness of our dimension, but never giving up on being useful in cultivating a future in full cooperation. Always driven by the desire to contribute to a more developed and fraternal Lusophony, attentive to the particularities of each state or region that constitutes it.
