Common name: Banana weevil, banana borer or banana root borer.

Omnilure (dispenser with an attractant of aggregation pheromones and enhancers) formulated in nonwoven fabric (NWF) inside a plastic dispenser with a hook for activation, which allows the diffusion of the attractant into the environment for monitoring and capturing males and females of the banana weevil

Attention: Gloves must be worn to handle the dispenser after opening the sealed package. The dispenser containing the pheromones needs to be activated, in order to release the pheromones that attract the adults. To activate the dispenser, the hook must be pulled until a slight click is felt, so as to open the dispenser and allow the gradual release of the pheromones into the environment. After opening, the dispenser must be positioned carefully inside the trap.

The product is available in an individual sealed package of 10 g (2.9 g of pheromones).
