NOVACRID^® is a bioinsecticide based on Metarhizium acridum developed for the control of locusts (Locusta migratoria) and other species of grasshoppers in their multiple development phases.

The product is extremely active at very low doses, presenting greater persistence (up to 6 weeks) with efficacy identical when compared with the reference chemical-based insecticides.

The fungus that constitutes the active substance of the product is efficient in controlling the pest at all phases of its development (adult, larva and egg). It is safe for the environment, for humans, for livestock, for non-target flora and fauna.

The product is marketed in a package of 1kg.
