Common name: Olive fruit fly.

Recommended trap: McPhail trap (Tephri type) or Yellow sticky trap. Note: The trap is purchased separately.

Polyethylene dispenser / tube containing 20 mg of sex pheromones for the monitoring over 10 to 12 weeks of the olive fruit fly in a trap.

Attention: Gloves must be used to handle the polyethylene tube after opening the sealed pack. The tube containing the sex pheromones must not be opened, since it allows the gradual diffusion of the pheromones that attract the adults. Opening the tube causes the rapid diffusion of the contents and the reduction of the product's efficacy period. The tube must be positioned carefully inside the inner basket with the opening facing up, when used in a McPhail trap, or be stuck to the glue (on the upper part) of the sticky traps, when these are selected.

The product is available in an individual sealed pack of 1 g (20 mg of pheromones).
