Common name: Pine processionary, pine processionary moth or pine processionary caterpillar.

Recommended trap: Funnel type green and transparent. It is equally possible to use another combination of trap colours for this insect, for example: Funnel type yellow and transparent. Alternatively, it is still possible to use the Delta type. Note: The trap is purchased separately.

Polyethylene dispenser / tube containing 10 mg of sex pheromones for the monitoring over 5 to 6 months of the pine processionary in a trap. 

Attention: Gloves must be used to handle the polyethylene tube after opening the sealed package. The tube containing the sex pheromone must not be opened, since it allows the gradual diffusion of the pheromone. Opening the tube causes the rapid diffusion of the contents and the reduction of the product's efficiency time. The polyethylene tube must be positioned inside the trap cage with the opening facing up, and the cage properly closed and installed in the trap.

The product is available in an individual sealed package of 1 g (10 mg of pheromones).
