Common name: Pinhole borer or oak borer.

Recommended trap: Multi-funnel type small with six segments. É It is also possible to use the Slit type, Cross-barrier type or Multi-funnel type large with twelve segments. Note: The trap is purchased separately.

Omnilure (dispenser with an aggregation pheromone attractant) containing 2.9 g of attractant formulated in NWF (non-woven fabric) inside a plastic dispenser with a hook for installation in a trap, for the monitoring over 45 days of males and females of the pinhole borer, a vector and inoculator beetle of the fungi that cause Sudden cork oak death and of other Fagaceae.

Warning: Gloves must be used to handle the dispenser after opening the sealed package. The pheromone dispenser needs to be activated, in order to release the pheromones. To activate the dispenser, the hook must be pulled until you feel a slight click, in order to open the dispenser and allow the gradual release of the pheromones. After opening, the dispenser must be carefully positioned on the suspension hanger present on the trap.

The product is available in an individual sealed package with 10 g (2.9 g of pheromones).
